2025 Lincang Ancient Tree Pu’er Tea (Ripe)- “Love This Mountain”-Spring Harvest, 357g

¥900.00

Description

Origin: The Eco-Perks of Smaller Mountains

Tea is sourced from small, ancient valleys in Lincang (same premium Pu’er eco-zone as Bingdao), free from over-harvesting and industrial pollution. Hills at 1,600-1,800m are covered in mist year-round; farmers use no pesticides, so leaves absorb rich minerals—resulting in a warmer, sweeter taste after fermentation.

Ingredients & Making: Cheap Doesn’t Mean Low-Quality

Ingredients: 100+-Year-Old Ancient Trees

  • Plucking Standard: Hand-picked “1 bud + 2 leaves” in spring 2022—thick, juicy leaves, ideal for ripe Pu’er fermentation;
  • Seven-Cake Shape: Traditionally stone-pressed, round and evenly compact (good for air circulation & aging), 357g/cake (matches Yunnan’s classic seven-cake standard).

Traditional Making: Gentle Fermentation

  • Fermentation: 30+-day low-temperature pile fermentation, manually turned to control heat (no burnt taste), preserving the original ancient-tree flavor;
  • Drying: Air-dried naturally (not machine-dried) to lock in mellow honey aroma, no strong fermented smell;
  • Key Point: Follows Lincang’s traditional ripe Pu’er methods—same as expensive famous-mountain Pu’er, no shortcuts.

Each Tea’s Taste: Poetic Names, Clear Flavors

  • Name Story: Inspired by “love for this mountain”—highlights the tea’s natural flavor. Each cake is pressed gently (per ancient rules) to keep the aroma, letting the mountain’s essence settle slowly, as if hiding the whole mountain’s tenderness in the round cake.
  • Taste: Blended woody and dried date aroma, thick texture like rice soup, slight caramel sweetness in the middle, perfect for warm winter drinks;
  • Brewing: 100℃ boiling water, 6g tea/100ml water, 8s first steep, brewable 12-15 times.

Tea aging: About 357-gram Tea Cake

This classic weight standard originates from the traditional Pu’er tea specification established in 1735.

The number “3” symbolizes the “Three Talents (Heaven, Earth, and Man)”;

“5” represents the “Five Elements”;

and “7” symbolizes the “Big Dipper” — perfectly interpreting the cultural connotation of the unity of heaven and man.

This specification can promote balanced energy flow in the tea and achieve stable flavor transformation during storage.
